Founded in 1902, Ten Brinke has grown into an international player in the property market. With branches in various European countries we are active right throughout the property development process. Ten Brinke initiates, develops, builds and manages residential, commercial, production and transport projects. We also have a great deal of experience in financing and operating projects.

Ten Brinke has a flexible and flat organisation. The terms short lines of communication and rapid response describe us perfectly. Our in-house knowledge covers development, design and construction. Our broad network of joint ventures makes us fully conversant with local developments and our financial strength allows us to rapidly respond to these. Coupled with our ability to deliver, this makes us stand out from the rest. We know what the market wants, and do everything to achieve that.

Our organisation
Within the Ten Brinke Group are a number of firms active in the areas of project development, building and sourcing. We are also involved in over 30 joint ventures and other forms of co-operation with partners in the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, the UK and Greece. Together, these group companies achieve an annual turnover of some 350 million euros. The Ten Brinke Group originated in Varsseveld, where our organisation's headquarters remain located to this very day.
