If the site is suitable but does not yet have the appropriate usage or planning permits, our own developers, designers and experience staff within our construction companies , in close collaboration with the appropriate authorities, will endeavor to resolve any such issues. We have the necessary knowledge and various disciplines for this in-house. The short internal lines of communication enable us to implement these projects with very little loss of time and information. Internal know-how and the determination of our developers are two reasons we are known for our ability to deliver; the ability to ensure the development is actually realised. Finally, no project is executed without the necessary permits, in particular planning permission.
