As we have good contacts with a wide range of high-end property tenants, we quickly learn which tenants have a serious interest in a site. Our own internal technical draughtsmen can quickly develop a plan for the site in question, on the basis of which tenants can decide whether to rent the property. We then conclude the lease with the tenant. This is provided by our own legal department which employs lawyers having knowledge of the construction industry. With many tenants we have standard contracts, which substantially reduces the amount of time before a lease is signed. The leases comply with stringent requirements. Every project meets the requirements we put in place for our own investment portfolio. Therefore we are steadily expanding our own investment portfolio with our own projects.
