Together with its joint venture partners, Ten Brinke acquires the sites itself. We have over 30 joint ventures in Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, the UK and Greece. As a result we have detailed (local) knowledge and expertise in multiple European countries. We can offer interested parties attractive locations.

The site has to meet certain criteria: we will only buy and develop a piece of land if we ourselves are won over by the location. Our financial strength enables us to very quickly decide whether to buy a site. A major reason for a land owner to come in with us. We are also known for our ability to deliver. Our projects have a high chance of success, meaning the site owner can be more certain of obtaining a good price for his land.
