Ten Brinke construction company is involved from the earliest moment a project's development begins. If discussion points remain during the construction process, internal consultation with the project developer is possible. Having our own engineers and architects allows us to prepare a suitable design, meaning we can build quickly and efficiently without jeopardising quality. All drawings are prepared by our own draughtsmen, as are the construction details. Although Ten Brinke’s techniques continue to develop with the ever increasing number of new materials, methods and increasing standards, errors are reduced as far as possible by the on-site builders' tremendous familiarity with Ten Brinke's own details, developed over the years, which they can execute virtually with their eyes shut. Project hand-over to the customer or tenant is done jointly with the construction company and developer, who all have in-house knowledge allowing any issues to be very quickly resolved.
