Ten Brinke Hellas was founded in the year 2008 in Athens, Greece, in order to develop projects in the Greek real estate market for the Ten Brinke Group.
Ten Brinke Hellas develops real estate projects in the areas of retail (shopping centres, construction and supermarkets, specialty stores), logistics, office buildings and fast food. Our activities range from the initial concept design, land acquisition, development of land use plans, and the implementation of the blueprint up to the actual execution, sale and handover. Our clients are investors, buyers, corporations, individuals, external or internal project developers or joint venture partners. In each phase of the project we involve the client and the end user. Our clients appreciate the fact that we follow direct procedures. We operate according to the principles of the conceptual building. By participating in the building process from the first draft, we ensure the best results in terms of technical implementation, timing and price, without losing our focus on the quality and architecture. With this approach, we provide optimal and efficient projects that also have a solid long-term value. In our view this constitutes an effective, profitable and responsible building.
Although at the time that Ten Brinke came to Greece, the conditions for project development were not optimal due to the political and financial crisis, we have managed since 2010 to complete 15 construction projects of total area 36.000 sq.m. on land 65.000 sq.m. across the Greek territory.
Ten Brinke Hellas is currently developing several projects for new supermarkets, retail stores and hotel facilities in the whole of mainland Greece and in the islands, and is therefore constantly on the lookout for suitable land and project opportunities.
