Ten Brinke - News Reader

On 15 June 2020, Jörg Tiggemann, Managing Director of the Spanish Ten Brinke company, signed the purchase agreement for this unique design project, which will be equipped with advanced energy saving and sustainability systems and will offer a commercial offer with operators of the highest standard.

The acquisition of the project marks the beginning for a major equity investment in Catalonia for the Ten Brinke Group, which represents economic upturn in the region and will create high-quality jobs for the people of Tarragona. The Ten Brinke Group would like to express its sincere thanks to the government team of Tarragona City Council, Smhausa, the PP10 Owners' Association and all the citizens for their invaluable help and collaboration in the realization of this project.

The event was attended by Herman Pinedo Sánchez, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Servei Municipal de L'Habitatge i Actuacions Urbanes S.A ( Smhausa ), Ángel del Pozo, Chairman of the PP10 Owners' Association and, on behalf of the Ten Brinke Group, Jörg Tiggemann, Managing Director in Spain, Enrique Segura, Director of Investments and Joaquín Alonso, Delegate of the Province of Catalonia.

Detailed information on the project and initial visualizations will follow shortly. Currently, the planning is in the final design phase, for which both the city and all citizens have submitted very interesting proposals and ideas.
