Ten Brinke - News Reader

Today 18 November 2022 is a special date for Ten Brinke, the reason is the opening of the doors of the first supermarket of our client ALDI that we promote in Portugal.

ALDI is opening in Viana do Castelo a 1,800 m2 supermarket, of which 1,200 m2 are dedicated to the sales area and is located on a 5,500 m2 plot of land, within a commercial park located in one of the best areas of the city, where a KFC drive restaurant will also open shortly.

The project that Ten Brinke has developed in Viana do Castelo consists of a total of 14,000 m2 of commercial, residential and tertiary area, and where Ten Brinke has financed all the development works of the complex as well as an access roundabout on the N13 Municipal road that includes an entrance access. This new roundabout will allow more traffic flow in the area, as well as direct access to the schools, colleges, polytechnic university and naval logistics centre close to the site.
