Solar panels for a clinic in Ghana

Just like previous years, employees of the Ten Brinke Group collected money for charity during Christmas in 2017. Last year, money was collected for solar panels for a clinic in Ghana.

The Gomoa Ojobi Clinic in Ghana is a small hospital nearby the farm project of the Ten Brinke Foundation. Because the previously used generator of the hospital had to be replaced, there is invested in solar panels for electricity generation. Previous year, with the help of employees, money was collected for a new water tank of 10,000 liters. Because of this, the clinic has access to clean drinking water.

Also this year, the donors signed a new banner. This banner was attached to the water tank. The local king of Ghana invited the Ten Brinke Group for a typical Ghanaian party. Afterwards, the donated amount of money was handed over to the clinic.

The installation of the solar panels is completed and now in use.
