The Ten Brinke Group is a family-owned company that with more than 115 years of experience in professional construction has developed into an internationally successful real estate company with offices in the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Portugal and Greece. The Ten Brinke Group is experienced in all aspects of the property process since it employs the best people at its workplaces in the business. "Our employees are trained by our own Ten Brinke Academy," emphasized CEO Albert ten Brinke interviewed by Elsevier Weekblad.
The secret? "We are quite deliberately not specialized; neither in terms of the country nor the product. We offer a broad package, from residential and mobility construction to non-residential construction. With almost 1,100 employees we take care of all areas; we have our own legal and planning department, but also a sales and asset management department. We manage the entire life cycle of a building, from the initial idea to commissioning, facility management included. This means that we are involved in all parts of the property process.", says Albert ten Brinke.
