Varsseveld/Hanover, May 23, 2023 - The internationally active project development and construction company Ten Brinke is increasingly focusing on the growth market of healthcare and has entered into a cooperation with PP Projekte Partner GmbH, a specialist in senior living. The aim of the newly founded Ten Brinke Health-Care GmbH is to implement future construction projects for needs-based living in old age. Ten Brinke plans, develops and implements real estate projects throughout Europe. The family-owned company was founded 120 years ago and today employs more than 1,300 people at 22 locations in Europe. The company now wants to bundle its expertise in the field of senior citizen real estate together with the Hanover-based company PP Projekte Partner and intensify its commitment.
PP Projekte Partner carries out location and demand analyses and has access to an extensive network of operating companies.
