Our internal academy independently develops and produces online based modules in which our employees receive help and information on all topics related to the real estate industry and construction. Since we also consider the personal motivation and development of each individual to be an important factor, the Ten Brinke Academy also offers e-learning modules from Good Habitz. Here our employees can find everything from business skills to well-being. Traditional further education opportunities in the form of training and courses are also offered at Ten Brinke.

Our Recruitment Team

Our recruiters are responsible for finding the right candidate for the right position within Ten Brinke.
They work closely with managers and colleagues in the various departments within the group to understand exactly what kind of candidate is being sought and what tasks he or she will be expected to perform in the future.
Because only if the wishes and needs of the candidate and those of the position fit together, the employee can derive pleasure from his or her work and we can grow together successfully.

Our colleagues

Within Ten Brinke, there are a number of different branches in different countries, as well as very different jobs and career opportunities. This makes working at Ten Brinke colorful, varied and intercultural. We learn from each other, contribute ideas and combine experience and successful concepts from different countries: that's what sets us apart from other companies.
At Ten Brinke, all colleagues, supervisors and directors address each other by their first names and work cooperative in a flat hierarchic structure. We want to break down the barriers between Management and operational working colleges and encourage everyone to contribute their opinions.
At this point, we would like to introduce a few colleges from our group. They would like to give an insight into how they experience working at the Ten Brinke.
